A shared workspace for arranging loans between organizations that already know how to lend and borrow.
DeFiX coordinates the paperwork, the participants and the record of decisions. The money, the contracts and the credit judgement stay with the institutions.
What DeFiX does
- Connects organizations seeking capital with verified lenders, investment bankers and specialist assessors.
- Keeps one shared record of an application, its documents, assessments, offers and approvals.
- Shows who approved which version of what, and whether that record has been independently verified.
- Carries institution-reported status after a deal leaves the platform, clearly labelled as such.
What DeFiX does not do
- Hold, move or custody funds.
- Lend, underwrite or execute investments itself.
- Guarantee returns or outcomes of any kind.
- Verify capabilities on an organization’s own say-so: every capability is checked by DeFiX operations.
Who takes part
Every participant acts for an organization, and every organization holds verified capabilities that say what it is allowed to do. A bank cannot act as a borrower on a deal, and nobody can mark their own organization as verified.

How a deal moves
Six stages, in order. The platform records each step; the decisive events after acceptance happen between the institutions and are reported back.
- 1
Application
Organization seeking capital
Drafts the request, discloses what lenders need to know, submits.
- 2
Screening and assessment
Specialists, where appointed
Ratings, valuations, audits or insurance opinions, released in versions.
- 3
Offers
Verified lenders
Eligible lenders see the opportunity and submit offers with stated pricing and conditions.
- 4
Comparison and acceptance
Owner, with banker support
Offers are compared transparently; the owner accepts exactly one version with step-up verification.
- 5
Execution outside DeFiX
Lender and borrower
Agreements are signed and funds move between the institutions, not through DeFiX.
- 6
Monitoring
Institutions report
Repayment and covenant information is recorded as institution-reported, never as platform fact.
An accepted offer is a recorded decision, not a disbursed loan. DeFiX shows three distinct states: accepted on the platform, externally confirmed by an institution's report, and institution-reported monitoring afterwards.
Registration
In this environment, registration is limited to synthetic organizations seeded for demonstration. Sign in as one of those personas to walk through the product. No real financial onboarding takes place here.
